A mailing list for beginning web developers - for people who are just starting to create their own web sites, or even for people who are just beginning to learn html. CGI tutorials, CGI freebies announcements (free guestbooks, counters, etc), basic design discussion and html reference discussions are all welcome. Although experts are welcome to the list, we would like to refrain from posts which concerns highly technical queries. We would, however, gladly welcome expert web developers in order to guide the beginning web developers in general, and our fellow Filipinos in particular. Please do not forget that there is no problem too simple for anyone to answer.
