NETRAGEOUS SITEINGS is produced by Audri and Jim Lanford, out of Olney, Md. (Their preferred typographical presentation is NETrageous! SITEings, just so you know.) Tech Mailings Guy got a kick out of reviewing this effort, because it strikes me as a hybrid of what Andover News Network's does here at TechMailigs and our own TechSightings e-zine. The only substantial difference is that TM mostly covers High Tech listings, though not exclusively. The other coincidence here is that TechSightings is also written in Maryland, but Elkridge rather than Olney. Small world.
Here's a sample entry I found in NETrageous SITEings archives:
"NETrageous SITEing of the week:
"Internet Public Relations Discussion List (I-PR Digest)
"This week's SITEings is not a Web site - it's a free discussion list called I-PR, moderated by Adam Sherk, VP of Public Relations at Multimedia Marketing Group.
"I-PR features news and discussion of Internet-related public relations. As Adam says: 'Online PR is still so new - at this point there are definitely more questions than answers. I hope that the I-PR Digest will become a positive, sharing environment that will benefit us all and move our trade forward.
'The Digest comes out two times per week: Tuesday and Friday. In addition to discussion threads, I plan to share PR news, tips and resources whenever possible.'
"To subscribe, visit http://www.audettemedia.com/i-public_relations/ -- or you can send a blank email message to .
"We highly recommend that you subscribe. The first few issues are already excellent."
Seems like a nice enough effort by two dedicated people. They also feature marketing help, PR templates, free reports, and Web resource center which lists sites of their customers. Nicely done. Recommended.
