OO7COOLNETSTUFF has nothing to do with James Bond. It is the newsletter tied to the Visto.com Web site... I think. I'm a bit confused about the relationship because Visto's offerings are said in one of the newsletters to be "cool net stuff of the month." It could very well be that the list editor targets his page to whichever stuff he is focusing on for the month. My befuddlement aside, I'll tell you about Visto and the newsletter.
According to the 007coolnetstuff newsletter, if you sign up for a free Visto membership account you get:

The 007coolnetstuff newsletter is like a combination advice column on making money on the Web and announcement system of other free offerings you can get on the Web. Here's a snippet from one of the archived editions:
