JAMILAWHITE is the newsletter connected to the Web site of Jamila White, who bills herself as an "Internet Strategist." When you visit the site, you'll find that she also does speaking and training engagements, and e-commerce seminars and workshops from her offices in Bowie, MD. Ms. White makes herself available to assist with your Web site development and hosting issues, as well. She has quite an impressive client list on her site, and was site producer for PBS's "Wonders of Africa with Henry Louis Gates, Jr." which was featured along with the television broadcast of the same name last October.
jamilawhite, the newsletter, will provide you with information and tips, as well as an overview of the services of this impressive lady. I was hoping to find a reviewable archive of this newsletter at the site, as one is not listed in our database, but came up empty. I thought that was too bad, as I was very interested to learn more about this monthly offering. The form on the site to get more general information is the same one our listing advises be used for the newsletter.
Considering the level of clients Ms. White lists on the site, and the heavy emphasis there on marketing strategy and consultation, you can expect a straight-ahead business approach here, a lot about becoming a client, and no doubt an innovative fee structure.
It's not my intention to be purposefully vague here, but this is one of those e-zines which gives a reviewer very little to work with. I wouldn't have ventured this review, though, unless there was enough at the Web site to pique my interest and make me feel that it was worth recommending for your consideration. So, I'm advising you to give this site and newsletter a look. You might find the type of assistance and thinking you need there.
