When I see a come-on for a tips newsletter, I always think short and sweet. But this tips newsletter sends you mega, article-length tips - for free. The catch, I suppose, is that the tips all relate to marketing for the publishing industry.
But hey, some marketing ideas are timeless and niche-less. They're universal. And lots of these tips are just that. Topics like, "Buying Key Words to Promote Your Website", "How Many Domain Names Do You Own?", "Using the Internet to Gather Competitive Intelligence", and "Six Keys to Better Product Development," all tend to get my attention, and I'm not in the publishing industry.
If you're not in the publishing industry, you may still want to take a look at the site archives and make a decision as to whether the e-mail newsletter would be of benefit to you. Each issue is well-written and packed full of information, the likes of which many have paid many dollars for in the past.
Any time you can get a deal like that, you'll want to think twice before passing on it.
