Here's a recent set of a question and answer:
"Anyone know of a Dos/Win mail reader that works with saved unix mail in Win32? I use Pine and Elm to read my mail on campus(Unix/FreeBSD) but I've saved a lot of my folders(mail files) to disk and taken them home...browsing thru them with a text editor is quite a task! I already have PC-Pine32 but this not work very well on my PC since I don't have a net connection at home :("
"I've been using PC-Pine to read downloaded Unix mail and have been very happy with it. I put the files (were mail folders on the Unix machine) I want to read into C:\MAIL and they are treated as folders by PC-Pine. There's no INBOX, is the only difference, since there's no mail coming in to PC-Pine."
