LINKY & DINKY is very strange. How do we describe it? Heck, we didn't even know what category to put it in. Maybe we need to create one called 'really whacko' just for this intriguing weekly newsletter. But in the midst of all the serious stuff, we need a laugh like anyone else, and so do you. Linky & Dinky are good for that, if nothing else.
What these people do is search out stupid and/or silly Web sites and write them up, sort of like the Bizarro version of our own TechSightings.com.
While the Techsightings editors look for intelligent, well-made sites of interest to computer and Internet professionals, Linky & Dinky look for things like The automatic complaint-letter generator.

The people who run Linky & Dinky obviously spent way too much time listening to Dr. Demento when they were younger. Not that we blame them; so did we.
But there comes a time to put away childish things and settle down, which Linky & Dinky obviously haven't done. We hope they don't anytime soon. We'd miss their "Uncle URL," who is one of their finest creations. And so would over 14,000 other netizens who already subscribe to the Linky & Dinky weekly newsletter, a number that will surely increase by one (you!) before long.
