EZINES PUBLISHING & PROMOTION is a high-participation Q & A and discussion list for people publishing electronic newsletters. They have an archive page on their Web site where you can review back issues and see if this means you. They used to publish articles, but that practice has been discontinued.
Here's what they have to say about that:
" Our readers make this newsletter !
"Ezines - Publishing & Promotion has undergone some changes. No more articles on publishing & promotion. Instead, you'll find tips contributed from our readers - and myself.
"Have a question concerning publishing and/or promotion? Get them answered here. To encourage reader participation, we list the name, web site, and a two (2) line sigfile of all contributors - regardless of whether you ask or answer the question. And of course, the same goes for those that contribute tips! And, the tips section is also posted on our site "Zine Tips". We link to this site from both, the free and paid version of The ePublisher's Resource Book!

"Check the extensive report published in the last issue (#65) of our weekly free newsletter *GIM - Global Internet Marketing News*, if you are - unfortunately - not subscribed to archives are online at http://linz1.net/GIM.html
"The 'Short Date' hoax was originated by dishonest software sellers trying to increase their sales of y2k testing kits! Since this hoax is spreading around like wildfire - thanks to us 'misguided' editors - alot of netizens are totally rattled about their now 'not y2k compliant' PCs.
"I hope we can enforce an 'anti hoax' wildfire!
