BonjourLaFrance NewsFlash
BONJOURLAFRANCE NEWSFLASH is the newsletter for what Tech Mailings Guy found an unusual twist on e-commerce. It seems to be all about appealing to Francophiles who might want to help promote the BonjourLaFrance marketing concept, run its banners (they'll even make them for you) and buy products ranging from Rogaine and Viagra to hotel accommodations on --- you guessed it! --- your dream vacation in... France. The Bonjour LaFrance tagline? "Internet Business and Pleasure Go Well Together."

So there's a mix on the Web site for Bonjour LaFrance of product sales, marketing stuff, and ways to plan a French vacation. What really got to me here is when I followed a link entitled "Men Only." It took me to a page called "American Lifestyles." Here's the intro from that page:

"The American Man

"Virile - Strong - Daredevil - Savvy - Sophisticated - Creative - Loves Beautiful Women - Not Stressed

"The American man makes his own success. He knows who he is and where he is going. He is the first to try new products. He shows the strength and ruggedness of a successful businessman, but he is also talented and determined like Michael Jordan. Our unique line of men's products assists each man to be the best he can be.

"American men have many passions, to be successful in business, sports, and to have many friends, however, above all the American Man's greatest passion is to love and be loved by that very special woman in his life. American Lifestyle products are the highest quality, designed to make each man his best..."

That certainly sounded like me, so I was ready to scoop up the array of products being offered on that page. There were Sports Products, Household Products, Health Products, TV Products, Jewelry, Pet Products, and Food & Drink.

By subscribing to the BonjourLaFrance NewsFlash, I was promised I would be kept abreast of vacation offers, new products for my American Lifestyle and much more. How could anyone resist?
