The posts are current, friendly, and will help you locate things like coupons and free samples for all different kinds of things, like makeup samples, free film developing, discounts on books, pet supplies, clothes, and lots of other things.
The message volume has been tolerable in recent months, but if things pick up a great deal, you can always subscribe to the digest version so that you'll only get one big message each day.
Most mailing lists of this type are trash, but I recommend you check this one out.
