FIRETALK is the newsletter of the International Resources Web site. Its focus is on helping people who are into network marketing and online business find the best software downloads, design services and advice, and other resources that its owners, who consider themselves experts in international network marketing can provide. It's another of the many, many marketing resources in our database for your consideration.
FireTalk is produced by Adrian Elman and Fabienne Arpenitier. Here's what they say about themselves on the "About" page:
"International Resources was founded in 1996 as a support system for our members. The co-founders Adrian Elman and Fabienne Arpentinier have many years of experience both in private business and in the field of network marketing.
"Fabienne ran a real estate business in France before launching herself into the field of network marketing in 1995. She is also highly trained in the field of alternative medicine and has given consultations to people in need for the last 3 years. She works offline only but is always available to answer questions from our online members.
"Adrian owned 5 different businesses before leaving England in 1992 to work full-time in network marketing. His main skills are in graphic design, film direction, and marketing techniques. Today, he works almost totally online developing this site and the opportunities it offers..."
I found something charming about the approach they use here. From the testimonials of their members in the newsletter archives, I got the impression that these two are onto something --- at least as far as the downloads and resources they have managed to suss out for the membership. Tech Mailings Guy believes that user testimonials are the highest form of praise.
Here's a snippet from their newsletter archives about one such resource they offered:
"... Anyone working online needs to use autoresponders. We also need a reliable service and I don't wish to be rude to other companies but the only way that can be provided is to use a dedicated server. The monthly cost of a dedicated server is prohibitive especially if you are offering free autoresponders but if they are being paid for, it is quite feasible.
"Autoresponders meet our needs and there is no question of being forced to buy products you don't want or won't use. Furthermore, global demand means that people will have to use them whatever business they are involved in.
"Currently, the most famous service on the net offers up to 7 messages coming from an autoresponder that costs $19.95 a month. If you need more accounts, you can purchase extra. They also have a 2-tier referral program paying 20% on your first level ($4) and another 10% on your second level ($2). Commissions are not fixed because they offer a discount structure for bulk purchasing so obviously 20% of a smaller monthly fee will amount to less. That's a great idea for a service we all need to use and consequently they have a very large client base.
"Enter a new service called "QuickTell". They have a fixed price of $20 per month and offer no discounts however they do offer up to 10 messages per account with no limit to the amount of accounts you can create. The service runs on a dedicated server..."
I have not had a lot to say about networking marketing here at TechMailings because it's not an area of particular interest for me. But this appears to be a good resource for people who are interested. Check it out!
