Net-Announce
NET-ANNOUNCE is a non-commercial, reader-driven, "what's new on the 'net" newsletter. The subject matter is eclectic, ranging from hardcore techie sites to sewing patterns.

The general pattern here is a short "tease" in the newsletter itself that leads to a more extensive description on the Net-Announce website at http://www.erspros.com/net-announce/. From there (or, if you choose, and your browser allows, directly from the ASCII newsletter) you can go directly to the mentioned site.

Net-Announce takes submissions from almost anyone. No direct ads and no porn, please, but they're happy to announce most personal or commercial info-type sites to the world for free. We've seen everything on Net-Announce, including sites featuring pets, money-saving tips (online and off), household help, software, Christmas trees, hardware tricks, hardware of the "hardware store" variety, and almost everything else that has ever found its way onto the Internet. There are several worthwhile "regular" features, including a charming note from the moderator in each issue.

This is a personal endeavor, and the moderator's personal concerns sometimes override deadlines. Scheduled publication is Tuesday and Friday evenings, every week, except for holidays.
