REWIRED, "Journal of a Strained Net," is about social science, not computer science. It is the continuing story of the Internet's evolution, both good and bad, and where it can be expected to head in the future.
David Hudson is Rewired's editor and primary author, but celebrity (and non-celebrity) contributors often pop up when least expected.
Hudson lives in Berlin (Germany, not Maryland), and while his newsletter is published in English, it is decidedly not Amerocentric, which makes it especially valuable reading for U.S. net-users who want to make better contact with their fellows in the rest of the world.
While theoretically published weekly, there are lapses in Rewired's schedule, but its content is worth waiting for. Full archives are posted on the Rewired Website, through which you can also purchase Hudson's book of the same name.
