Tasty Bits from the Technology Front
TASTY BITS FROM THE TECHNOLOGY FRONT [TBTF] is written by tech guru Keith Dawson. It's an eclectic collection of news that interests Keith, which means it is heavily technical in content and more than a little Linux-tinged.

In fact, Linux Weekly News has named TBTF as a "Linux News Link of the Week." But that isn't all Keith covers.

Here are some sample article titles from recent issues:

  • A new spoof: all frames-based sites are vulnerable
  • Domain name meeting short on consensus
  • Black hole contemplated for Network Solutions spam
  • Patent offers clue to Transmeta's plans
  • ISPs must register to avoid copyright penalties
  • I2O SIG frees its spec
  • With friends like these
  • Trial and tribulations
  • Halloween aftershocks
  • Jon Katz gets it
  • Barnes & Noble buys a large book distributor
  • Microsoft buys LinkExchange
  • DigiCash goes down
  • Under the radar
  • A standard for organizing Web sites
  • Carbon nanotubes promise superior flat-panel displays
  • Year 2000 corner: An obscure and controversial Y2K bug
