Ok, here's a good one to take a look at as you're chilling the bubbly and straightening the tassels on your dancing duds. The archives are publicly accessible; you don't even have to subscribe to get the gist of "Y2K Related Web Posts by Roleigh Martin."
If nothing else, the archives will provide you with some interesting and thought-provoking items. The announcement-only newsletter sends out daily Y2K headlines - sometimes more than once a day.
Recent stories included one about the Y2K bug biting early in Iowa, and another about Mormons and how they are prepared for the worst when/if Y2K disaster hits.
Martin is a good writer and throws in occasional commentary that is worthwhile reading. It's too late to panic now, but if you love a good horror story, work on scaring yourself tonight in preparation for the thing that goes bump at midnight.
