Most of its articles are provided via click-throughs from what I could see when I visited this site. Surf around as I did, I could find no original content on this site, just lists of links which connected to other lists of links.

They did their searching for business related sites of interest very well, I'll give them that. But I was confused as to why they thought it necessary to call themselves a "magazine" instead of a resource list.

To their credit, they provide an extensive amount of links for women in business, more than I've found at most other business-centric sites.

Since there's no real content here to direct you toward, and no attendant newsletter, the best I can do is give you a snippet from one of their listings of links.

I have one other caveat about this e-zine. Though their promotional blurbs say they update monthly, the most recent content I could find on their site was from November, 1998.

This place might work for you if you're looking for lists of links to real content. Not recommended, because you can do better and get more background information on the link at a good search engine.
